This week Thursday, there's going to be an epic piece titled WE ARE STILL MARCHING which will be choreographed by a very talented young man called Sunnyboy Motau. His level of persistence has brought an amazing feel towards the audience who have watched his incredible performances including MAN LONGING and FLIGHT, FIGHT, FEATHERS, F***ERS . Sunnyboy has participated in Crossing International choreography Workshops and collaborated with the likes of Michel Kelemenis and Vincent Mantsoe, now that's what I call ''levels''.WE ARE STILL MARCHING simply entails about the struggle faced by women in Southern Africa from the apartheid period till today. The performance will be absolutely  mind blowing, especially for the females that have been through the whole experience of the apartheid regime.Take this wonderful opportunity to come and join us, you are most welcome to see the talent that Moving Into Dance has produced throughout the years.

MID's 40th Anniversary Experience

MOVING INTO DANCE 40th ANNIVERSARY EXPERIENCE Dane Hurst to lead a 1 week choreographic workshop Joining a contemporary dance company and coming inside the studio walls and seeing professional dancers doing "their thing" was a great experience. I am an aspiring PR intern who's doing his in-service training at MID , so seeing dancers perfecting their craft is overwhelming. The 40th anniversary is coming up soon and I'm excited about it. When the 40th anniversary takes place on the 14th of September  I will be taking my seat on the bleachers right there beside you and if you feel the need to bring your organic snacks and fizzy drinks that's ok. I'll be the guy holding the Lays chips I dug out from the bottom of my bag pack. I won't judge if you don't.
